Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Runnex mobile application and website at tryrunnex.com (the "Service"), operated by Runnex ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Runnex. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you can form a binding contract.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

Runnex maintains a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to:

• Post hateful, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or abusive content
• Share explicit sexual content, nudity, or sexually suggestive material
• Post violent, illegal, or otherwise harmful content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions
• Spam, solicit money, or use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
• Stalk, harass, or endanger other users on or off the platform

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for content you post and represent that you have the rights to share it.

5. Safety and Reporting

Meeting people online carries inherent risks. Exercise caution when communicating with or meeting other users. Use the in-app reporting tools to flag violations. We may investigate reports and take action including content removal, suspension, or termination.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features may require a paid subscription processed through Apple's App Store. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple's terms. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID settings.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, our End User License Agreement, or if we reasonably believe your conduct harms other users or the Service. Termination for cause may occur without refund.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, safety of users, or uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Runnex and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Runnex from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies.
